Manusmruti is a senior citizens’ home located in the heart of Navi Mumbai. Situated in a beautiful lush green area of Kharghar, Manusmruti is committed to providing our residents with a home-like setting and a warm and professional staff. You can enjoy easy access to our outdoor areas, relaxing in the gazebo, playing cards or games in the recreation area, exercising in the gym or enjoying the scenery of our quiet pastures.

We aim to fulfil a pressing need of modern, urban India: by helping the elderly enjoy the superior quality of life they have been used to. Our endeavour is to offer a safe and a comfortable environment to the elderly. We understand that each individual is unique and that needs change over time. Manusmruti promotes choice, independence, and well-being. We invite family members to be actively engaged in the lives of their loved ones. Manusmruti does not provide any health care services. Residents are welcome to use outside home health care options that may enable them to continue enjoying life at our community.

Our Mission
We, at Manusmruti, seek to provide a comfortable and safe living environment for all of our residents. To this end, we are committed to providing special programs and supportive services for our elderly residents to promote and prolong their continued independence.
Our Facilities
Manusmruti opened its doors in 2014 with the purpose of serving the needs of low-income senior citizens. The building, is a seven storied, elevator equipped building of brick-veneer masonry construction, located at Plot # 163 A, Sector 30, Kharghar.

Manusmruti is more than just a senior citizens’ home. We offer a wide array of services and amenities to make your time with us as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Our ultimate mission is to give you an experience you’ll never forget while you enjoy your stay with us.
Our Services
One of the reasons Members tell us they move into a senior citizens’ home is so they and their families have peace in knowing they never have to move again.
Our goal is that you would never need our healthcare services, but for the Members who do, we present a family-centered, luxurious setting that is second to none.
Our History
Manusmruti, located at Sector 30, Owe Gaon, Kharghar, was planned and built by the Shree Saurashtra Dashashrimali Jain Bhojnalaya (a non-profit trust). The facility was conceptualized and evolved with the vision of our mentor, Late Shri Manharlal C Shah.
Manusmruti Senior Citizens’ Home is operational since 2014. It is comprised of 45 rental units.
